By offering holistic healing modalities and educational programs, we aim to empower individuals to cultivate resilience, self-awareness, and sustainable coping strategies for navigating life's challenges. Palarm Creek Farms is dedicated to promoting whole health within our community. Our farm serves as a sanctuary where individuals can connect with nature, nourish their bodies with fresh, and participate in holistic wellness programs. Endeavors including holistic walking trails, community garden, Zen Garden, trauma-informed horse therapy, therapeutic art, yoga, and health education classes from Nurse Practitioners and a Registered Dietician as while as other licensed/certified individuals per speciality. Our dream is to create a space where every community member can experience the transformative power of nature and health.
THE DREAM LOCATION
We have found the perfect location to expand our operations and fully realize our vision. This new site offers ample space for our farming activities, wellness workshops, and community gatherings. Securing this location will allow us to:
Host larger wellness and educational events
Provide a serene environment for community members to relax and rejuvenate
Enhance our outreach and support to more individuals and families in need
Increase our organic produce production at the community garden

WELCOME TO PALARM WHERE WE ARE GOING TO CHANGE GENERATIONS BY HEALING OUR COMMUNITY!
My husband Jon and I are so excited you are here! We have dreamt of offering community whole health with a mental health emphasis for some while. It only makes sense as I have helped create this system for national healthcare systems; therefore, why not for our local communities!
We own Salt + Light Holistic Health which is a mental health clinic in Maumelle, AR. We envision for this clinic and the nonprofit to act in tandem with each other. Creating a venue like no other in Central Arkansas that truly offers a holistic health approach to care.
My Master’s Degree is all about identifying gaps in care. We surely have a “gap in care” within community mental health. With Palarm Creek Farms, we are going to change that!
OUR STORY
Jon and I both have struggled with addiction and mental health. We know this land intimately. We get the struggles the enemy tries to play with us on. We walk out daily the principles we learn from God, therapy, mentors, and each other.
Our little family includes our two sons and a beautiful daughter. We want the world to be a brighter place for them. Not to meation our baby boy as Olmsted Syndrome. It’s a blessing on days that he can walk. People ask how we are able to do what we do. It’s because know the coping skills to handle the daily stressors. Some days are a win… some a fail. But we get up everyday knowing our true PURPOSE! To bring testimony and healing to the masses while creating a venue for community and healing.
We do not know the reasons as to why God has outline our story as He has yet… we are listening. We have been blessed over and over and want to share with the community the principles and activities that keep us healthy. And we invite others ideas of what helps them to be included at Palarm. The sky is the limit as to what we will be able to create within our community!
