We strive to provide valuable and transformative experiences through our RISE online membership. Please review our refund policy carefully:

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with your RISE membership within the first 30 days of joining, you may request a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@palarmcreekfarms.org.

No Refunds After 30 Days: Refunds are not available after the initial 30-day period. We encourage members to fully engage with the resources and community to maximize the benefits of their membership.

Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel their RISE membership at any time. Upon cancellation, all future payments will cease, and members will retain access to the program until the end of the current billing cycle.

Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of unforeseen hardship or extenuating circumstances, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact info@palarmcreekfarms.org with details.
